Web Survey Bibliography
AJ’s first experience with CAPI was back in 1996 when screens were black & white and processing power was low. Modems beeped when they connected and sent data at a snail’s pace. Fast-forwarding almost 20 years we live in a world of cost effective tablets with HD cameras, GPS and 4G connectivity. But although much has changed over the years, many of the core benefits remain the same. This presentation looks at the evolution of CAPI and CAPI technology, examines the current role it plays in the market research data collection world, and looks to the future.
